The“China-Chile Innovation Centre” is an overseas service platform established by the China-Latin America Alliance A-CHILAC and Shanghai Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Service Agency (Creative City) under the coordination of Shanghai Committee of Zhigong Party, and it is also the third innovation centre established by Creative City overseas.

Juan Parra, Executive President of the China-Latin America Alliance, introduced the background and planning of the China-China Innovation Centre, and believed that the establishment of the Centre is a promotion of civil diplomacy for the construction of the ‘One Belt, One Road’ between China and Latin America, and looked forward to a new stage of cooperation between China and Latin America.
Juan Pablo Letelier, President of the Andean Parliamentary Consortium’s School of Government, Chairman of A-CHILAC’s Latin American Advisory Board, former Vice President of the Senate of the Chilean Congress, Fernando Lagos Basaldo, Rector of the Universidad de la República de Chile, as well as Wang Leyi, General Manager of Creative City, who is also a member of the delegation, emphasised the strategic importance of the CICIC to both sides and shared their expectations and opportunities for cooperation with China, as well as the importance of the Centre. expectations and opportunities for co-operation, and were looking forward to future co-operation.
Delegation member Xiao Qiaoling, Vice President of Shanghai Biren Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. introduced the company profile at the ceremony.
