Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization issued a notice announcing the results of the third-party evaluation of the service quality of Shanghai’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for the year 2021. The assessment includes four dimensions, including organisational construction, service management, service effectiveness and service verification, as well as dozens of indicators, such as service capability, service process and service satisfaction. The assessment adopts various means, such as material assessment, material verification, questionnaire survey and the use of the Enterprise Service Cloud, to comprehensively evaluate the service situation of the service organisations.
