Shanghai Creative City Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 and is located in the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone in Pudong. Since 2010, it has been involved in establishing an international cooperation and exchange platform in the field of innovation and design, known as the “Creative Twin Cities,” in Italy and the United Kingdom.

The company’s team has set up two international exchange programs, the China-Italy Innovation Center and the China-UK Innovation Center, from 2012 to the present. Bases have been established in both Italy and the UK. They organize various activities to provide investment and financing as well as industry matchmaking services for Shanghai and Chinese enterprises.

In 2019, the China-UK Innovation Center was recognized as an overseas center for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by the city of Shanghai.
